九州大学法学部卒業・九州大学法科大学院修了。司法試験合格後、司法修習を経て弁護士登録。2019年現代人文社季刊刑事弁護新人賞最優秀賞受賞。2020年フランス・パリ第２大学ロースクール（LL.M）卒業。2023年九州弁護士会連合会事務局長。2025年紫牟田国際法律事務所より独立し隈法律事務所を開設。
主に企業に関わる法務・訴訟分野・国際案件・刑事事件に従事。

企業や経営者に関わる法務を取り扱う。
大小さまざまな企業や組織から年間500件を超える取引に関する法務レビューを行ってきた経験を活かし、特に、取引スキームのリスク分析、契約書作成、取引に関する紛争解決など企業・組織の対外的な取引に関するリーガルサービスを行っている。領域は様々であるが、不動産分野・労働分野が多い。
また、裁判・紛争に強い法律事務所を造るという考えから、裁判手続をはじめとした紛争解決対応にも取り組んでいる。
ライフワークとして、スポーツ・芸術・文化に関するリーガルサービスを行い、プロスポーツチームの法律顧問を務める他、芸術家、建築家、アートプロジェクトに関わる各企業の法律相談、教育機関での講義などの活動を行っている。

With experience in conducting legal reviews of more than five hundred cases per year from companies and organizations of all sizes, Kuma Law Firm provides legal services especially for external transactions of companies and organizations, including risk analysis, drafting of contracts, and dispute resolution in relation to transactions. Practice areas vary, but we especially focus on real estate-related industries and labor management.
Kuma Law Firm specializes in court proceedings and dispute resolutions.
As part of our ethos, we provide legal services related to sports, art and culture. We provide legal advice to sports professionals, artists, architects, and various companies involved in art projects, as well as lecturing at educational institutions.
